June 18th, 2016, is when the best purchase has ever been made. It is our dream home, a beautiful haven that we have cherished for over ten years now. With its spacious layout and inviting ambiance, every corner of this house reflects warmth and comfort. No yard work for me means I can enjoy my weekends without the burden of maintaining the garden; the HOA provides yard maintenance, snow removal, and trash pickup, which is such a relief. It was time for me to give up my love for outdoor yard fun, realizing that this old body just can’t do as much as it used to. Instead of laboring in the sun, I can relax and savor my time at home. The double car garage is a fantastic bonus; it does not have to be used for storage because of the expansive basement, which has plenty of room for storage, a man cave where I can unwind, and a workshop for my creative projects. I take pride in knowing that I’ve created a space that perfectly balances leisure and functionality. I have always dreamt of a home like this, a place where memories can flourish, and the dream came true, offering a sanctuary where I feel truly at peace and fulfilled.
