  • 1 Death. Everyone will experience this.
  • 2 I get hungry. Food is one of the necessities to continue life.
  • 3 I need oxygen to live. Another necessity of life
  • 4 I feel pain. An 11-millimeter kidney stone is pain.
  • 5 I am aging. Every morning when I wake up I my body tells me this fact.
  • 6 I am just a speck in this gigantic universe. I am just a mere mortal, nothing great to be remembered by.
  • 7 Earth is not a friendly place. Weather, earthquakes, fires, starvation, just to name a few. Hate and anger with unlimited numbers of wars has happened through the history of mankind.
  • 8 I have been very fortunate. Looking back on my eighty plus years I have been very fortunate compared to the pain and suffering experienced in this world.
  • 9 I will be missed. I have many family and friends that will miss me. I heard somewhere that you die twice. First, when your spirit leaves your body and then when people don’t talk or remember you.
  • 10 The world will continue. Once my time on earth is over, the world will continue.
